product does need to be returned, must be within 15 days, it
must be in new condition, have a return authorization number
from our office. Returns subject to a 15% restocking fee unless
there is a manufacturer's defect. We reserve the right to reject
products returned in mishandled condition. Customer pays
shipping on return items. Any damage in shipping will be the
responsibility of customer and or the carrier.
